Domestic Shipping:
Domestic shipping via USPS is available at Media Mail and Priority Mail Rates. Media Mail is a very economical option, but delivery times are not guaranteed by the USPS and can vary greatly due to geographic location. Typical delivery times can vary from 3 to 12+ days. USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelopes and boxes offer 2-3 day delivery. Priority mail is often a good choice for fast delivery or multiple purchases.
International Shipping:
Shipping via USPS Priority Mail is available for international shipping. Tracking information is not typically available on international shipments. All fees and import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to customs inspections.
Combined Shipping:
Multiple purchases will be shipped in one shipment, when possible, to reduce shipping costs. Please wait to pay until you receive a combined invoice.
RETURN POLICY
Incorrectly sent items will be replaced by Surplus Manuals if reported within 5 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Request for returns for a refund must be made within 3 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns for a refund are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all return shipments.
